Robin Chevalier studied printmaking at Bristol University, very nearly became a teacher, but was lured into the path of Graphic Design by the offer of a lucrative job. Through a love of drawing illustration began to take up more time than graphics as a career and a decision was made to follow this path instead. That was a while ago now. He also paints and exhibits as well as being Course Leader of Graphic Communication at the University for the Creative Arts in Maidstone.

Monsieur Hulot is his hero, as is Ben Shan, Eddy Mercx, Charles Harper and Garry Winogrand. His clients include Nokia, Bell's Whiskey, Conran Octopus, Economist and The Wall Street Journal to name but a few.
