Juliette is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has been an illustrator for seventeen years. She finds inspiration in crowded urban places, America and its vastness, and often the mundane.
Juliette's award winning illustrations have appeared in many publications, corporate communications and books, including The Girl's Guide to Absolutely Everything (Workman, 2007), the Coca-Cola Femsa 2004 Annual Report, on the cover of The New Yorker, plus many others.
Her gouache paintings have been exhibited at the Society of Illustrators Museum of American Illustration in NYC, the Norman Rockwell Museum in Massachusetts, the Pasadena Art Center, the Ontario College of Art and Design, Spazioeventi Libreria Mondadori, Venice, Italy, and the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires; among other galleries and museums around the world.
Her original work is in the collections of Ethan Hawke and David Zwirner, is in the permanent collection of the Carnegie Museum of Art in Pittsburgh, and appears in the movie Smart People, starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Ellen Page.
